Just like for the authors, when summaries go up, I'll send emails asking for claims on a "first come, first serve" deal! If there aren't enough sign ups for cheerleading and/or betaing, I will happily step in! I'll even fill in a form later!

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I was a mixer in the LJ PW-bigbang, but my author buddy said my enthusiasm for her story was contagious and helpful and I was also a ROAR team member on brigits-flame years ago. And so I shall throw my hat in as a cheerleader (I also have a cheerleading filter over on my Dreamwidth/LJ that anyone is up for joining for the new year, it's not just for writing anymore, though.)

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I actually love beta-reading and would encourage others to sign up: it actually helps you improve as a writer. I'm happy to beta to whatever degree the writer wants it: do they want just spelling/grammar looked at, or characterisation/plot issues, etc, and/or some general critique on their piece overall. Only request is that if you're sending me "updated" versions, I'd like to know if you've just added to the wordcount or previously edited earlier stuff... I hate feeling like I'm repeatedly pointing out the same mistakes if they've already been addressed somewhere.
Oh, and happy to beta AND cheerlead. Supporting writers brings good writing mojo. Or something.

Because I ALWAYS have my phone on me, please know that when you post here or message me, I have likely seen it within five minutes- I just can't respond until my higher ups let me relax. But my love of writing started as a love of reading and my love of radiography started as a love of helping people. So at my very core, I love to see my literary brothers and sisters succeed. I'm still working on my beta skills but if I'm cheerleading you, expect weekly pep talks and to ALWAYS see messages from me!

Anything You'd Like to Share?: Guilty secret? Writing is my first passion, but I really looooove editing things too. A good readthrough is, for me, almost as satisfying as actually writing in the first place.

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I'm a chronic lurker and have been quietly hanging around for years, but I'm really excited at the prospect of more wonderful longfics in this fandom, and I want to do my bit to help that happen!
I haven't beta'd much fanfic specifically, but I have a fair bit of experience proofreading/editing in general, and if nothing else, I have a whole lot of enthusiasm to share about this series. So yeah, expect a rather overexcited cheerleader. :D

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I've never beta'd before, but I do have experience as a writing tutor (granted, for academic writing). I'm comfortable focusing on more mundane editing like grammar and punctuation; I'm also happy to do more higher-level editing, like working on character and plotting and tone. I am most familiar with the original AA trilogy, so I'd prefer to work with authors who use characters from that series.
As for cheerleading, well, again I've never done that before, but I am happy to encourage anyone!

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I'd been agonizing over whether to sign up as a writer in the absence of an actual longfic IDEA, so the current situation kind of takes care of that dilemma! (It really would have sucked to take a slot away from someone with a plan.)
I basically don't know anybody in the fandom, but I'd like to change that even if I am kind of terrible at the social stuff. And I guess I should admit that I haven't betaed before. : s But I do have longfic and editorial experience both?
I work full-time (and count myself lucky for it) but I've also got a long commute throughout which I'm usually glued to my phone, so I should be able to be pretty communicative.

Anything besides that: I have nine years of experience betaing fiction both fannish and original, and I write and proof things for a living, even though that involves a more academic context. My native language is German, so if you have any questions regarding, for example, Klavier's little segues into that language, I could help with that. I am also fluent in Japanese, if any terminology questions should come up (which might happen, considering that we have our very own weeaboo character now *snicker*). My current not-so-guilty pleasure is Cykesquill, but I would also gladly edit fics with other/no pairings. I was thinking of writing for the BB, myself, but seeing that I have a thesis to murder around posting time, I don't think I can commit to that.
Edit: I should add that, while I am ESL, all of my academic writing and prior beta experiences have been in English, so I have no qualms giving advice regarding grammar, sentence structure, or wording.
Okay, enough about me - let's do this thing! I look forward to working and squeeing with you~

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I'm new to all this, and I was considering a fic for the BB, but I took too long planning stuff out and that closed OTL, so I might as well try and help out like this ^^ (and maybe just post the fic under a fill anyway) I've beta'd fics for friends before, but hardly anything that would make myself an expert at it. Still, I really want to help somehow!
I've watched Dual Destinies and even if I hadn't, spoilers are no problem for me. I have yet to play the Investigations games though, so I won't be able to help regarding any knowledge contained in them. My beloved pairings are E/P, klapollo and cykesquill, but I can beta/cheer for other pairings no problem.
Uh...what else? English is not my first language and I'm a law student (which makes the game quite cringeworthy at times haha)and that's all folks!

Anything You'd Like to Share?: Been a lurker on the meme since around summer 2008. Filled stuff here and there, but I've only really been an active contributer for a few months. And I've been an updater on anon_press for almost a year now, so there's that at least! I love longfics but haven't had the gumption to start one, although I've got a couple of ideas that may see the light of day once my writing mojo becomes more reliable.

I've many years experience in other fandoms, writing and beta (Harry Potter, Mighty Boosh, Sherlock) but I just started reading/writing AA.
I've only played the first game and Apollo Justice so far. But I plan to get most of the rest in the New Year. And warning: I'm British, and speak British English. But I love to beta and I give detailed notes.
I love fanfic so much. I'm in awe of authors of longfic.
