Anything besides that: I have nine years of experience betaing fiction both fannish and original, and I write and proof things for a living, even though that involves a more academic context. My native language is German, so if you have any questions regarding, for example, Klavier's little segues into that language, I could help with that. I am also fluent in Japanese, if any terminology questions should come up (which might happen, considering that we have our very own weeaboo character now *snicker*). My current not-so-guilty pleasure is Cykesquill, but I would also gladly edit fics with other/no pairings. I was thinking of writing for the BB, myself, but seeing that I have a thesis to murder around posting time, I don't think I can commit to that.
Edit: I should add that, while I am ESL, all of my academic writing and prior beta experiences have been in English, so I have no qualms giving advice regarding grammar, sentence structure, or wording.
