Just like for the authors, when summaries go up, I'll send emails asking for claims on a "first come, first serve" deal! If there aren't enough sign ups for cheerleading and/or betaing, I will happily step in! I'll even fill in a form later!

Anything You'd Like to Share?: I actually love beta-reading and would encourage others to sign up: it actually helps you improve as a writer. I'm happy to beta to whatever degree the writer wants it: do they want just spelling/grammar looked at, or characterisation/plot issues, etc, and/or some general critique on their piece overall. Only request is that if you're sending me "updated" versions, I'd like to know if you've just added to the wordcount or previously edited earlier stuff... I hate feeling like I'm repeatedly pointing out the same mistakes if they've already been addressed somewhere.

Oh, and happy to beta AND cheerlead. Supporting writers brings good writing mojo. Or something.
