 This is only a working schedule- I'm open to suggestions!

December 1st-31st: Author Sign-Ups

I'm giving writers out there the entire month of December to sign up- after you sign up, you can write whenever you feel like it.

November 28th- May 31st: Anonymous/Nonanonymous Suggestions, Questions, Comments, Concerns

I'm going to have a post where you unleash all your questions, comments, concerns, and suggestions. There is no useless comment here, I read them all and will reply to them all. I know what I'm asking here is kind of daunting, but I'm a firm believer in talking out concerns and worries. It will be open for our entire journey, so feel free to post.

December 1st-February 28th: Artist/Beta Readers/Cheerleaders Sign-Ups

I'll have a post similar to the writer sign-ups, you fill out a form. Alternatively, for Cheerleaders and Beta Readers, I may choose to set up a post where writers request cheerleaders and betas and you volunteer! I'm giving you a longer time to see the summaries before you sign up.

January 12th: Summaries/Warnings Post

Writers have until February to post the summaries/pairings/possible trigger warnings of their stories. That date will be one of the few that I stick to like glue. It's important to have them up by that time because artists and betas and cheerleaders will start being paired at this time.

February 1st: Teams Are Formed

The Finalised Teams (Artist, Writer, Cheerleaders, Beta Reader Pairings) will be posted!

March 1st: Initial Check-Ins

Roll Call for Teams- I'll make a post and everyone comments. Easy as that!

April 1st: Author First Drafts are Due

It doesn't have to be complete- but I would suggest at least halfway done. You can email me files, send me links, scan me hand written filler paper- just as long as I can see (and read) some progress.

April 15th: Artist First Drafts are Due

Again, they don't have to be complete, but I'll need to see them.

June 20th: Submissions of Final Drafts

All artists and writers must submit the final drafts of their works.

July 1st: Final Posting!

We'll bring it all together!
